    • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
  • Special Packages and Promotions:
    • Bookings made under special packages or promotions are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the offer.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • Any delays beyond this period may be due to your bank or payment service provider. Please contact them directly for assistance.
  • If the payment was made via cash or direct bank transfer, the refund will be processed through an alternate method agreed upon with the guest.

3. No-show Policy

  • In case of a no-show (failure to check-in on the booked date without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

4. Early Departure Policy

  • Guests who decide to check out before the reserved checkout date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of their stay unless agreed upon at the discretion of the hotel management.

5. Service Interruptions

In rare cases of service interruptions or operational issues caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages), refunds or compensation will be evaluated and provided at the management’s discretion.


6. Changes to Bookings

  • Modifications to an existing booking (e.g., date changes, room upgrades) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellations resulting from unapproved modifications will be treated as per the cancellation policy.

7. Refund Exceptions

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings, including those made through third-party platforms, may have specific refund policies that differ from this one. Guests are advised to review the terms and conditions of their booking source.
  • Damages and Violations: Refunds will not be issued if the guest violates hotel policies or causes damage to the property.
